Use it as a dry seasoning or rub, or try it as a wet rub. Mix it with some olive oil to form a paste, then slather it all over your preferred protein. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes - longer if possible. Then grill it over medium heat (not too hot) on skewers or on a sheet of foil (I prefer using foil for the seafood).
