OK - so our refund and returns policy is pretty darn simple.
Sometimes "stuff happens". Maybe a gorilla was handling the package during shipping and, well, the product did not arrive fully intact.
If your product is damaged in shipping or if the product is defective in workmanship please contact us at BFF@BlueFlamingoFoods.com. If replacement is appropriate you will receive a replacement product. If you can send us a photo of the damage that would be helpful, but it is not required.
Please note that we cover replacement of the product, but not the associated shipping costs. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Blue Flamingo Foods carries products made by many different manufacturers. On occasion the original purchase or the replacement may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, rather than from Blue Flamingo Foods. You may be contacted by the manufacturer to coordinate replacement items.
